Privacy policy.

This policy explains what The Collective Creative Agency W.L.L. ("TCCA", "we") collects on www.collectivecreative.agency, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect little, we sell nothing, and everything we do collect exists to run this site and talk to you when you ask us to.

What we collect, and why

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager), Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how the site is used — pages visited, rough location, device type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated; we don't use it to identify you personally. These tools set cookies and are operated by their respective providers under their own privacy policies.

Contact form

When you send the form on our contact page, the details you enter (name, email, message) are delivered to our inbox so we can reply. We keep the correspondence as long as the conversation is live, and for our records afterwards.

Sign-in on the journal

Parts of our journal let you sign in with Google — to comment, like posts, or download tools we release for the creative community. When you sign in we receive and store your name and email address from your Google account, and nothing else: no password, no contacts, no access to your account. We use it to attribute your comments, count likes honestly, and know who's using our free tools. We may occasionally email you about the tools you downloaded; every such email lets you opt out.

Comments

Comments you post on the journal are public, stored with your name, and moderated by us. You can delete your own comments at any time; you can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it by writing to the address above.

Free tools (e.g. TCCA Rate Studio)

Tools you download from this site run entirely on your own device. The data you enter into them — clients, rates, quotations, invoices — is stored locally in your browser and never reaches our servers. We only know that you downloaded the tool.

What we never do

We don't sell or rent your data. We don't share it with third parties beyond the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf. We don't send marketing you didn't sign up for.

Where your data lives

The site and its services are hosted on infrastructure provided by Railway (site and journal services) and our email providers. Sign-in and comment data is stored on our own server database. Transactional email (such as comment notifications) is delivered via Resend.

Your choices

You can browse this site without signing in to anything. You can block analytics cookies with your browser or an ad-blocker and the site works fine. You can delete your comments yourself, and you can ask us — at hello@collectivecreative.agency — to export or erase everything we hold about you. We'll do it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
