Case study
A destination brand born from the pearl.
Client
Amakin
Scope
Brand identity, collateral, pitch & leasing materials
Deliverables
Logo system, brand guide, pitch deck, leasing pack
The challenge
A new retail and dining quarter in historic Muharraq — steps from the Pearling Path — has to sell itself twice: to the tenants who fill it and to the visitors who bring it to life. Both audiences meet the brand before a single door opens.
The idea
Let the name wear the place’s history. A soft, continuous wordmark ends in a single pearl on its wake — Muharraq’s pearling story distilled to one gesture — and the system extends from there into the guide, the decks and the environmental applications on the building itself.
The result
A complete destination kit — identity, brand guide, pitch deck and leasing pack — the tools a development needs to sell itself while it’s still a render.
